The Long Run!

Every day in Australia, 72 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer. That's 72 fathers, sons, brothers, and partners whose lives are changed in an instant. In their honour, we are taking on The Long Run—a 72km challenge to fight back! 💪🏻

We are moving for them. Join our team as we walk, run, swim, or bike 72 kilometres to raise crucial funds for prostate cancer research. This isn't just about covering distance; it's about standing in solidarity with every man who will face this diagnosis today, tomorrow, and every day after.

We are aiming to raise much needed funds for Prostate Cancer Research. Please join our team!

Your Challenge, Your Way: A Kilometre for Each Man

The power of The Long Run is its flexibility. You can conquer the 72km distance however, wherever, and whenever you choose throughout the event period:

  • 🏃 Run: Dedicate each kilometre of your run to one of the 72 men diagnosed daily.

  • 🚶 Walk: Take meaningful steps through Adelaide's parks or your own neighbourhood.

  • 🏊 Swim: Make every lap count in the pool for this life-changing cause.

  • 🚴 Bike: Cycle with purpose, knowing every kilometre supports vital research.

Why Your Kilometres Matter!

Our goal is to raise funds to accelerate breakthroughs in prostate cancer research. Your efforts will help scientists develop better diagnostic tools and more effective treatments, directly impacting the futures of the men diagnosed each day.
