      • Complete readings

      • Complete passion projects related to your subject areas.

  • Immerse yourself in the university experience

    • Join clubs or sporting clubs and become apart of their committees. You will learn skills that will take you far, challenge you and help you move into the workplace.

  • Prioritise your physical and mental health

    • Aim for at least 180 minutes of intentional exercise each week (walking, running, sports).

    • Get your heart rate up to manage stress and boost brain health.

  • Practise mindfulness

    • Just 10 minutes a day can significantly support your mental health.

    • Try Headspace or Apple Fitness+ for guided mindfulness.

  • Protect your sleep

    • Aim for 8 hours of sleep each night.

    • Lock this into your calendar as part of your well-being plan.

  • Use time blocking

    • Structure your week to balance study, work, wellness, and social life.

    • Take time each week to review your calendar and prioritise what matters.

Remember: Studying is challenging, but with structure and self-care, you can thrive.
