Let’s hit the trail, MiTSA fam! We’re heading for a hike around Shepherds Hill Recreation Park.
Join us for an energising hike through Shepherds Hill Recreation Park, one of Adelaide’s most scenic nature reserves just 25 minutes from the city!
The Shepherds Hill Big Loop (6.9 km) takes us through open woodlands, gentle climbs, and panoramic views of the Adelaide plains and coastline. It’s a moderate trail — perfect for anyone who enjoys a bit of adventure without anything too steep. Expect to spot native wildlife, rolling hills, and tranquil bushland along the way.

Direct bus from the city to Stop 25 Shepherds Hill Rd (West side) (~26 min)
Alternative: Bus from Stop W2 Grote St to Stop 24 Ayliffes Rd (~27 min)
