  • Mindfulness for Students – Waking Awareness with Gianni  is an online mindfulness session hosted by MiTSA – Sports & Wellbeing, designed especially for students who want to pause, reset, and reconnect.Led by Gianni, a wonderful and calm yoga instructor, this guided session offers a supportive space to step away from academic pressure, daily stress, and constant digital noise.Through simple breathing techniques and mindful awareness practices, you’ll be invited to relax, return to calm, and expand your mindfulness.Whether you’re new to meditation or already have experience, this session is open to everyone and completely free for students.
